My very first “paying” job was at Baskin-Robbins in Albuquerque.  (I had a non-paying job before that at a local radio station – that’s another story!)  I had the best time coming up with fun ice cream combinations – but we didn’t have anything to make actual ice cream sandwiches out of them.

  1. chocolate pecan ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. but think i could like french vanilla on an oatmeal raisin cookie.

  2. Love pistachio almond and chocolate too. There is nothing like a great ice cream sandwich….so happy to see your blog!

  3. I also think French Vanilla and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 🍪 sound delicious. My original idea is Chocolate Almond (from B&R) with Chocolate, Chocolate chip cookies 🍪 would be amazing. So thrilled to be reading your blog.
