Summertime Strawberries and Cream Recipes To Enjoy πŸ“

Summertime and strawberries go hand-in-hand like sunshine and butterflies. Red, ripe, juicy, sweet strawberries are in season, so let’s CELEBRATE!!! πŸŽ‰ What’s one of the best way to enjoy delicious strawberries? With scrumptious CREAM, of course! Nationally we celebrate the dynamic duo on May 21st each year! πŸ“

From sweet to, believe it or not, savory, there’s a Strawberries and Cream recipe to tantalize everyone’s taste buds! πŸ“

Let’s start out with the CLASSIC recipe for Strawberries and Cream

It’s a traditional English dessert recipe that’s extremely easy to make and exceptionally satisfying.  Strawberries, whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract are all that you’ll need to whip up this refreshing treat.

Follow the simple directions from Organic Facts that takes just 10 minutes to create!

This Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie from Pillsbury adds a touch of chocolate drizzled over the top to set this dessert into the stratosphere!

They also offer suggested variations to make this pie with fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, or combining them to a scrumptious BERRY-IFFIC summertime pie!

Try the delicious Fresas Con Crema from Isabel Eats! It’s a decadent NO-BAKE Mexican dessert that will be ready in just 10 minutes! YEA!!!

The tasty trick to the sweet crema is the mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract! PLUS, it can be refrigerated for up to 5 days (although I anticipate this disappearing the first day from how insanely delicious it is!)!

Isabel also offers you plenty of substitutes for this recipe that you’ll find an infinite number of variation to keep enjoying!

I also need to make her Arroz con Leche (Rice Pudding) – it’s just like my mother use to make when I was little!

My Granny Bess made the most wonderful Strawberry Angel Food Cake that I LOVED!!!  I lost the original recipe, but found this one that’s just like it from Lynnette at Cleverly Simple

You’ll need an angel food cake, a package of frozen strawberries, some fresh strawberries, Cool Whip, and a box of strawberry Jell-O!  It couldn’t be easier to make!

Check out this SAVORY dish from Ally’s Sweet & Savory EatsStrawberries & Cream Basil Bruschetta – WOW!!!

Ally has combined sliced strawberries, whipped cream cheese, honey, basil, and olive oil topped on a slice of crusty baguette to ramp up your taste buds!

To top it off…it’s absolutely stunning to look at…and extremely easy and fast to make!  Take a stroll through Ally’s website to find some of the yummiest recipes for any food craving you might have!!!

…and this savory recipe for Balsamic Strawberries with Ricotta Cream from Ellie Krieger stopped me in my tracks because I LOVE things made with balsamic vinegar!

Combining rich, ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract – with the boiled balsamic vinegar and sugar – then topped with ribbons of basil = YUM!!!

As soon as I saw this recipe I said, “Oh, absolutely YES!”:  Strawberries and Cream Brulee!!!  This amazing creation comes from Nancy Buchanan at A Communal Table, and it’s PERFECTION!!!

I love “Just-About-Everything-CrΓ¨me-Brulee”, so combining fresh strawberries, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract or orange liqueur … and topping it with deliciously caramelized sugar to crack through…I need to make this NOW!!!

And when you’re craving something cool and refreshing, make these Strawberries and Cream Sandwiches from Alida’s Kitchen

Fresh strawberries, Cool-Whip, and graham crackers make the enjoyable, handheld treat.
