Day 1 – Welcome To “Jacque’s Journey”

As we begin 2022, I’d like to welcome you to Day 1 of “Jacque’s Journey” – my intentional journey of healing.

Symbolically, the start of a new year often brings the inspiration for people to make resolutions to “change” some things in their lives. I’m not new to making new year’s resolutions, and I’m very skilled at failing at them, but this year I must make some very important changes.

I will be diving into more of the specifics of my “Journey” each day.

The pandemic set me back in so many ways – as it has many other people. I do keep those we have lost during this time in my heart and prayers. However, the downward spiral I’ve felt over the last couple years has finally made me say “enough is enough”.

So, starting today: January 1, 2022 I plan to come here daily to write about the things I’m working on to improve my life. Documenting my progress through the year will hold me accountable. But most importantly – I will remind myself that progress can be made in small steps – and allow for slip ups – as long as I learn something valuable that ultimately helps me adapt new, positive life habits.

If you’d like to join me on this “Journey” – I’d love to have you along. Please let me know in the comment section below…and we’ll work on this together!

I want to send you wishes for a wonderful New Year – filled with health, happiness, and prosperity. Let’s make each day better than the next.

💜 Jacque

I would love to join you on the journey. My motto is to take one day at a time as we do not know what the future will hold .

I was just thinking about doing this! Either privately or on my “fitness” IG account I hadn’t decided yet…I also feel as if I’ve been spiraling especially these last two months!

I would love to join you. I too have been in a downward spiral of my own the last two years and need to be in a journey of my own. We are all in this together.

Let’s do this journey together. There is no one who is perfect and we have bigger issues then the next girl! 🙂
