… where do you find INSPIRATION??? Lately inspiration has been almost impossible to locate. I think the dreariness of winter really took a toll on me, but we’ve had a couple of warm days that are giving me LIFE!!!

Learning and growing are so important to me. So many great opportunities are awaiting … until then … I keep seeking INSPIRATION!!!

I am currently subscribed to FabFitFun. I have gotten 2 boxes so far and I loved them both. I have tried Ipsy but I wasn’t a big fan.

Hi Jacque! You sound like you're doing fine! I hope you are.i got very depressed,I lost my husband of 47 yrsdec13,2015! I had to start my cancer treatments 3 weeks after he passed away! I would quietly cry during chemo,during radiation. I did this the whole time! I couldn't bear to look at a picture of him I would start crying.. I really got nto prayer, and asked Jesus to hel me and he did! I've surrendered my life to him and I'm a different person now! I don't worry about stuff, and I don't stess out about stuff either. I had suffered from depression off and on my whole life.i had been diagnosed with post traumatic stress also.well take care and talk to you soon!!

I'll be 59 yes old in a few weeks. Lost my Mom last year very unexpectedly. Have felt so lost since. At the gentle urging of a close friend, I have started attending church on a regular basis and trying to get involved with activities, even if it is just coffee and fellowship after the service. I am realizing just how blessed I am and that inspires to do more for who are truly in need. Blessings and hugs to you and your family.

In general, I like to read self-improvement books, or look for youtube videos done by those who are where I'd like to be. In life's most challenging moments, I ask to be shown even the smallest good thing that will give me the optimism to see me through.

Hi Jacque! You said everything! The same here! BUT, I have been doing 10,000 steps the last few days, is really helping me, (NOT SO DEPRESSED)! Also my DOCTOR CHANGED MY MEDICATION TOO. I’m getting more talkative with my neighbor next store. AND BECAME FRIENDS WITH A FRIEND IN PENNSYLVANIA. She has family in Michigan. We are going to meet in June. I actually bought a purse from her too. I guess I needed to talk, perfect timing!!!! Take Care, XX Sandy

Sandra that is WONDERFUL!!! I really need to amp up my walking - I know that would make me feel better. Great to hear your doctor listening to you - that’s a HUGE part of your well being. I’m so happy you’re being more talkative and pushing yourself! Where does your new friend in Pennsylvania live??? Hugs!!! Jacque :)
