With all the eclipse “glasses” sold out – and some have been recalled for poor safety quality – we have a solution for you!

Tomorrow we’re GOING LIVE!!!  Theresa and I will be making PINHOLE CAMERAS for the eclipse on Monday! AND we want to help you make one. It’s going to be so easy!


BEFORE I go LIVE on my Facebook Page -> Jacque Gonzales tomorrow (Friday, August 18th) at 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific  AND later at 7pm Eastern/4pm Pacific – I’ve got a list of supplies for you to pull together!

Supplies you’ll need to make your own pinhole camera to safely view the eclipse are:

Cereal Box (empty, of course!) or similar size box

Aluminum Foil

One white sheet of paper

Tape

Scissors

A stick pin, sewing needle, or safety pin

(Optional) – 2 pieces of white card stock paper

We’ll see you tomorrow!!!

I am supposed to be driving to see patients tomorrow during the eclipse. Really worried that, it is not safe. Considering just leaving home after the eclipse and scheduling some of my patients for another day. Your thoughts?

It's like any sunny day where we wouldn't look directly in the sun. It might be tempting for some people thinking that it's partially covered - but if you're not in the path of totality you need approved eye protection to look at the sun. So as long as your driving and looking forward - according to NASA you should be fine. Just remind your patients not to look at it either.

Jacque, Can't wait. We have glasses and hubby went to a class he thought might help with his camera. We'll see. LOL I'll be the one with either the glasses or the cereal box.

That's great!!! What kind of camera? I've looked up settings for my Canon - but still worried they won't be right!
